Indokem Ltd share price ticked higher by 3.23% to Rs 614.65 after the company's net profit surged by 214.71% to Rs 1.07 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 2.48% to Rs 46.63 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Specialty Chemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 4.98 lakh crore, easing 6.22%. It has improved by 0.81% over last one week and moving up by 10.56% in last one month while the market capitalization of Indokem Ltd has softened by 2.16% and 3.43% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Indokem Ltd stood at Rs 1.08 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 54.29% year-on-year, and surging by 111.76% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, expanding by 19.75% YoY and jumping 44.78% sequentially. Total expenses inched up 1.17% to Rs 45.02 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 29.75 crore, marginally falling by 3.57% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.66 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 4.39% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 8.06% to Rs 178.09 crore, while net profit tanked by 150.40% to Rs 3.14 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 268% to Rs 6.93 crore, and PBT plunged by 153.15% to Rs 3.29 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.01 crore in FY26, as against Rs 4.21 crore in FY25. Indokem Ltd soared by 106.78% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.
